Sorry... No song of the week tonight...I was barbie-que-ing earlier this evening (barefoot as usual) and I stepped on a bee and got stung on the bottom of my foot... I am alergic to bee-stings, but I didn't think it would bother me where it happened... However 5 hours later I can feel that something isn't right... So I am gonna try some benedryl and if that doesn't work go to the ER to get the shots like I needed last time.

Venus is Back in Forward (Direct) Motion Again...
Of all the planets, I personally feel that Venus retrograde has the strongest effect upon us... With Mercury, it tends to be more problematic with machinery and is more of an inconvenience... But Venus retrograde has a way of hittin' us "right between the eyes" as it can cause inner personal crisis... The kind that challenge or question what we really value and what we want from our lives.
With Venus retrograde, I thought I'd conduct an experiment.. (in the interest of science)... hehe... I lost one of the lenses from my sun-glasses, so I went to Macy's and bought a new pair of Ray-Ban's... Nice, but they were almost $200... Before I bought them, I was doing my Venus retrograde "research" and found that they were selling the chinese "knock-offs" for about $8... I decided I'd buy a couple pairs to check them out, expecting them to be terrible... It took a couple weeks for them to arrive, but when they did I was really surprised... They are definitely not the quality of the Ray-Ban's... but they weren't bad... That is what Venus retro sets out to do... Cause you to question what the true value of certain items really is.
This week we have Mercury moving into opposition with Uranus... This can be a wild aspect because it causes people to say & do things in a reckless and sometimes impulsive manner... It's for this reason, it's in our best interest to try to listen more than to speak... Amazing things can be learned as this is the kind of pattern that often cause us to have "genius ideas" based upon what we hear others say... Ideas that take things to the next or higher levels... I always like the humour part of it because we often hear the strangest & most bizarre things being said.
We also have Jupiter moving into opposition to Neptune... Good intentions do not guarantee good results and Jupiter & Neptune being opposed have a tendency for some to feel the need to tell others how to live, what to do, what is right and what is wrong... (Blah, blah blah)... You're likely to see a lot of people "rollin' their eyes" and have that expression of "Oh, Brother... There they go again" in frustration... hehe...
You can turn that energy around and make it very positive as this can really help you to put things into perspective... It's highly spiritual energy in the most earthy, natural way... I have Jupiter & Neptune exactly aligned in my natal chart and what I do is get up early and sit on the porch with the dogs and we wait & watch the sunrise... (the dogs actually wait for rabbits or squirrels to chase)... hehe... It's amazing that throughout the day, the things that may ordinarily send you into a panic are a hell of a lot more manageable... That is what I do, I am sure you guys can come up with your own way of finding that peaceful groove and staying there.
That's it for right now... It's the holiday weekend and just about everybody in the family are Virgo's... I think we have a birthday nearly everyday throughout September... Including mine on the 27th... (shop early, shop often)... hehe... Lots of guys would say... "Don't go to any trouble" for my birthday, but not me... Hell I say "Spare no Expense"... hehe... I could use a new Ferrari... or a Beach House on the Ocean would really make me smile... hehe...
This is when the chart really gets interesting...
