When you happen upon a negative encounter, it's going to help a lot to step back and analyze what really happened. Don't let your emotions be a part of that analysis (which can be hard to do).

As the week moves on, the tone is going to switch towards more extreme thoughts, feelings and initiatives. With that in mind, you want to make sure you have your "base" well established. Have enough of the things you need. Make sure there's places where you can regain composure and emotional stability. Get your comfort level back to where it needs to be. When it comes to work, you can tend to focus too much on what work "should be". Even when you find ways to accept it for what it is, it's that idealism in your mind that can fuel negative overtones in your approach to doing what needs to get done. Just make sure you're realistic about everything. You don't always have to enjoy each and every task you need to handle, but as long as you're dealing with these things rationally, you can avoid blowing them up into bigger hurdles than they need to be.
