Daily Horoscope for Virgo Summary

Work with me on this...
I've talked in the past about my "Cave-Man Diet"... It's so simple... You pick out any 2 days during the week and limit yourself to 600 calories or less... The days can vary from week to week, whatever fits your schedule... The other 5 days, you can eat whatever you want... That's all there is to it... One simple rule... I'd write a book about it, but what's the point if you can 'splain it in one paragraph!! hehe...

My point about the diet is, that without realizing it, everything starts to change... On those "fasting days" you learn to get pretty creative in your limited calorie food choices, so you tend to eat "healthier things"... And slowly you also get used to eating less too... It's easy to stick to, because if you do feel hungry, you know you can eat whatever you want the next day... When you do "over-eat" it makes you feel lousy, so you learn when to walk away... Geeshka, when I eat fast-food these days I feel like I am going to vomit.

The wild thing about "human-beans" is that we "get used to" things so quickly... One of the biggest lessons I learned with the diet was how easy it is to get used to feelin' lousy, but once you remember what it feels like to feel good, you want to keep that vibe with you all the time... Trackin' with me on this?... That is what our current chart energy is all about... It's about remembering what it feels like to be at the top of your game... To be alive inside.

This can be fantastic energy for us if we use it to spring-board us into positive transformations... Thanks for stoppin' by... I'll talk to you guys tomorrow...
