I hope you all got to spend the holiday season in ways that mean the most to you. With friends and family or in quiet reflection. The days leading up to the celebrations are always hectic but, hopefully, the last week has given you some time to rest and relax before work and school resume on Monday.

This weekend’s New Moon in Cancer is about slowing down, feeling safe, and taking care of your emotions. It’s a good time to rest, spend time at home, or be with people you trust. These are good habits to set for the coming year. Feelings may be stronger, so it’s important to be kind and patient. If you need to start something, make it something small and leave the big projects for later. Listening to your heart helps you decide what to do. By the end of the weekend, we will all feel calmer and more supported
