The long-term, underlying aspects of the chart focus on challenge, and somehow taking things that might seem difficult and either changing them or acclimating yourself to the situation to the point where it no longer seems like a big deal. You're going to see people drifting more towards things they struggle with here, whether willingly or not. In personal interactions, you might have to deal with the emotional side of people as well, and a lot of times you might not be expecting the responses that you get.

On the surface this seems rough, at in practice it can be, but it's very much an "iron sharpens iron" type of energy. If you only focus on the path of least resistance and never push yourself, you're never going to get better. Your bar will always be low. So when you have energy like this, it's an opportunity to improve yourself. Some people may shy away from the challenges that are out there, but if you push yourself, you can ascend to new levels of performance, and it'll show in the results of the things you get involved in. In order to capture the attention of others, you have to present an image that others find appealing and worth gravitating towards. At times this might include spending a little to upgrade your gear or other more aesthetic changes. You can say to yourself, "Why should I change?" and you don't necessarily have to, but there can be barriers between you and others that you are creating. If you want to get rid of those barriers, you have to alter what you're doing to create them.
