On the surface this seems rough, at in practice it can be, but it's very much an "iron sharpens iron" type of energy. So when you have energy like this, it's an opportunity to improve yourself. Some people may shy away from the challenges that are out there, but if you push yourself, you can ascend to new levels of performance, and it'll show in the results of the things you get involved in.
