These are the situations where things are liable to get borked and people will end up with a set of circumstances they can't undo. So be very careful.

At the same time, there will be those who look at situations grinding to a halt and asking "Why?". This is where people can reacclimate and pick up a new perspective on how things are operating. The solutions they can find will take time and thought to generate, but they'll tend to work out a lot better.
