The theme of the current chart is one where we're going to be asked to step up and do our best in the days ahead. There can be opportunities looming out there, but they're going to need to be earned, in a way where we demonstrate that we can handle whatever will come after that. If we're overwhelmed by something now, it's not worth trying to dive even deeper when things really ramp up.
If you find yourself in the underperforming category with something you're working on now, this is when you want to spend more time building up your skills. Don't worry so much about long-term goals and just focus on getting the basics down, making sure you fully understand what you're dealing with, and looking for small steps forward from there. This energy can be frustrating for those who want to fast track to an end-point, but the thing about experience is it prepares you for a lot of different things you might have to face, not just one thing you might envision in your mind. While you might want to be a little more opinionated here, you're better off remaining as neutral as you can when dealing with others. The more charged opinions you can have (often political, but not necessarily so) are things that could get others to immediately tune you out, and that can extend beyond a conversation into other areas, such as trying to put plans together or get others to do something. Remember that if you're trying to get others to follow along, they probably need a reason and if they see anything your doing as a reason not to, they can back out.
