In practical terms, you might learn new techniques here that help you operate with more efficiency and knowledge, which mean less wasted time and steps. In a personal relationships sense, this is where you might more easily understand where others are coming from and the desire to be compassionate allows you to forgive some transgressions or aim to help them out when they're down.
The energy flows pretty easily in this manner and you won't have to force too much (though if the urge to force things arises, you should resist it). But you do want to be in the middle ground between forcing things and inaction; doing nothing isn't going to help you either.
