It is when many erratic and/or 'spur of the moment' actions may be taken... Or ones that may be later regretted too.
There is a lot of focus on personal relationships too... It can be awesome for light-hearted issues relating to love and romance... (and for meeting new people too)... The key to this is to keep the vibe 'light and bright'... It is especially important too not to 'pre-judge' outcomes too quickly... This is definitely not your average chart...
