With the additional responsibility comes an increased amount of trust in your abilities to carry out what is being asked of you (or faith in yourself if these are individual endeavors).
At the same time, you have to be sure you arenâ≢t grumbling too much about such things. Weâ≢re more prone to bitchiness, especially as far as it relates to work-related tasks, and others might hear your malcontent and say, ââ¬Ã
