The current energy definitely feeds into a mindset of "break things down, build them back up". Some level of change is always going to be inevitable as we go through life, but right now a lot of the focus can be on things that need to change in order for us to move on. These often won't be smooth transitions either and the more we can try to fight to keep things the way we want, the more we can see that it just isn't going to work out that way.

So as you go through the day, you can't lose sight of "what's going to work" as you look to make changes in your day-to-day operations. Many can push for things they want to stubborn extents and a lot of people can take an extremely individualistic approach when it comes to working with others as well. But if it's clear you're on the road to nowhere with something that you're doing, get off it; too many people will cling to dreams for the sake of the fantasy behind them rather than because they're actually viable options. You can adapt in situations as long as you're pursuing something that's possible; you can build a great many things if you start from ground level. But it's the people who don't break down their ideas, hopes and dreams first who will struggle the most trying to fit pieces together than just don't go together. The end goal here should be to get as much control of situations as you can muster. That might require some arrangements with others where you might have to make some concessions just so they act in a more predictable manner. You might like to tell yourself you have a good handle on what others will do, but this energy tends to make things a bit unpredictable and they can throw some curveballs out there if you let them. When you have others tied into certain commitments though, it will make it much easier to plan out what you're going to do in response.
