This energy requires a bit of a "get to work" mentality. You might not feel like it, but there will be things that need to get done, and putting them off isn't going to get you anywhere. More importantly, you'll know that you have responsibilities and duties to take care of, so the longer you let things drag out, the more that type of thing will weigh on your mind. So it's going to be better to just tackle things early on - it will free you up for the rest of the day once you do and you'll feel much better when you do because that weight will be off your shoulders.

This is also where it might seem like you have some mighty hills to climb, but you've got to get started in order to do so. This where plans of action and keeping to schedules will come in very handy. When you have everything you need to do laid out in front of you, you can go through it like a checklist, which keeps you up to date on what still needs doing and the progress you're making along the way. Others around you can tend to be busy too, but if you collaborate on common tasks with others, you can get things done more efficiently. It's not the most exciting energy out there, but it's the type where you can get rooted and set up a good foundation for the days to come. Best of luck.

In some situations, you can be more avoidant of direct contact with people because you're not sure how things are going to turn out. This is where you have to bury your fear to an extent and just get next steps over with, even if it's something as simple as delivering unfavorable news. The anticipation in these situations is probably going to be far worse than the aftermath, which can be just dealing with certain problems and getting them over with. But if you're not aggressive on that end, you might let certain issues deteriorate, thus allowing them to become even bigger pains to deal with.
