The current focus continues to be on evolution, but right now we're going to see certain obstacles in our way. The things that seem to stop us from making the necessary changes here will be things that always seem to be there. It's where having a strong will ends up being the most important factor in making changes because temptations to take the easy road will always be there.
The big thing to be on guard for today is letting any sort of defeatist attitude creep in, because that mindset will affect a lot of people. If you're saying to yourself "What's the point?" you're probably missing the point. That's when you want to look at the positive benefits of doing the things you're supposed to do. They're out there. You just need to make them more important than doing the bare minimum to get by and survive. It can be a rougher transit at times, but really, part of evolution is the ability to also elevate where you are. It'll take some effort, but you can do it. Best of luck.

When you handle things, you're going to feel a little more comfortable doing things as a collective, rather than taking everything on independently. This opens some doors for communication, though you have to be a little careful, because if you're too stern or unwilling to budge, those doors can quickly close again. Look for balance when it comes to decision making and plotting out a course of action. You shouldn't let others dominate those conversation, but you shouldn't be the only one talking either.
