As the week moves on, the tone is going to switch towards more extreme thoughts, feelings and initiatives. With that in mind, you want to make sure you have your "base" well established. Have enough of the things you need. Make sure there's places where you can regain composure and emotional stability. Get your comfort level back to where it needs to be.
