Today's energy is about embracing new situations and the challenges within. There's a headstrong mentality when it comes to engaging in a new effort, where you say to yourself, "I'm getting this done no matter what". Where the challenge comes in is the way you choose to do these things. You can get locked into a particular mindset once you've set upon a goal and it can be hard to see outside of that path. The odd thing is that this energy also sets up really well for new and inventive ideas, if you only give yourself the chance to come up with them.

As you go throughout the day, keep in mind that we all have this tendency right now to get lost in our own little worlds, and you might encounter that when dealing with others. You might have to give others a little shake to get them to pay closer attention to you. If you're really aware, you can notice when others are giving you the "Uh huh, yeah" answers but not really engaging in the conversation and that's your cue to drill down on certain points to force them to give you more calculated responses. It also helps if you angle things in a way that interests them. When you overcome those challenges in conversation, more important information is exchanged and people end up on the same page - this is the key to success. Best of luck.

It can be more challenging to say what you really feel - being social can kind of come naturally, but you might consistently fail to open up at times when it might benefit you to get things off your chest. Part of this is due to getting too wrapped up in what you're presently doing. You can accomplish a lot in a work sense, but you might be able to accomplish more if you're working in some form of a team with others. Then you might be able to build off of ideas others come up with, rather than relying solely on your own.
