Are your relationships worthwhile? Is the work you're doing paying off what it should? Are you maximizing your happiness in leisure types of activities? If the answer is no, it might be stressful or it might be depressing. But that should be your indication that you have to do something about the situations. Remember that if you want different results than you've always got, you have to do something different.
