It’s the official kick up to Summer so this weekend is sure to rock for many people, hopefully you even have an extra day off (or at least a few hours) to squeeze in as much fun (play!) as you can!

Luckily for us, we’ve got a decent influx of energy that’s rearin’ and ready to go in terms of getting out and into the mix of things with others and truly enjoying the communal energy flow. If you caught my post from yesterday, you’ll be familiar with this, and it still holds true “What cannot be missed is how this energy relates to the family and matters that are close-to-the heart, this isn’t necessarily based on blood connections but those whom we find are of like mind and soul- reinforcing these connections is a big part of this energy and should not be overlooked. This is a time for celebration and discovery.” Sometimes you need a re-cap! The gist is that now is the time to take the time (even if it means self sacrifice) to connect with others…the really cool part is how this energy brings new connections into alignment and re-defines old one’s too! It’s all about bringing people together. There’s an emotional edge to this too, so that makes passions reach high levels and can make for some great relationship forming energy that can last a long time. This speaks to the nature of l-o-v-e.

There is a key in finding the grounding that comes with a serene and honest resonance of self understanding (being comfortable in our own skin!), this is when we can then turn this energy outwards to others with an openness that allows the connections to really take hold. In a way, this energy is a lot like a ripple on the calm surface of a lake. Slowing pushing it’s way to the reflection. How far and how deep can you resonate? That is the question.

Venus and Jupiter both make great connections to the Sun right now and while this can cause a bit of a self-involved perspective, the true relation to this energy is grounded in taking the energy and positivity that we have within and giving it to others- the perfect gift culminates in having what we desire, and then doing what we can to allow others to feel the same way!

As this energy starts to pick up- (for many there is much new change on the horizon) this is when we are being given the opportunity to take what’s at hand and truly run with it. There is a freeing sort of self awareness and abandonment of worry and strain that comes with venturing into new territory with all our might- just to see what’s out there! A great time to push the limits and seek the excitement. There’s so much to learn and see, so grab a hand and go!
