The very simple fact of acknowledging that you feel something and that it's okay is going to help out immensely.

It might be heading directly towards a goal, it might be doing something auxiliary towards supporting a long-term objective. Either way, the purpose of the chart is to agitate us towards doing something different. Not accepting things have to remain the ways they are. Shaking up the things in our lives that irritate us. Loosening the barriers that prevent us from pursuing solutions to those problems. So remember that the challenges we can run into today can lead to the answers we need for tomorrow. The sorrows can spurn us towards future success. While there might be tough moments, they can be things we can build upon for the future. Many might see the current energy as a turning point of sorts. There are many ways to use that. Don't worry about picking the "right" one. While defending your beliefs is important, you also don't want to be so rigid as to deny anything others blatantly disprove. With that in mind, you want to be careful about "which hills to die on". Some fights aren't worth fighting and some ideas need evolutions or rejection to stay on solid ground. As far as anything businessy or negotiation oriented, it's also better to leave your more divisive ideas behind for the time being. You might feel open enough to start sharing these sorts of things, but for people you don't know as well, you might not know where on a given spectrum they fall and might create more aversion than affinity.
