The weekend of March 15-16, 2025 is important with a lunar eclipse in Virgo on March 14 and the Mercury retrograde in Aries starting on March 15, both encouraging introspection, reassessment, and great change for all sun signs. During this weekend, practice patience and mindfulness. Use this time for reflection and putting final touches on plans rather than starting anything new.
Mindfulness. I keep reading that word in so many places, but what does it even mean? According to Psychology Today, 'Mindfulness is a state of active, open attention to the present, observing one's thoughts and feelings without judging them.' Kind of like Ram Dass's Be Here Now. I have avoided using mindfulness in my writings because is just didn't seem clear. From now on, know that when I use the word, I mean it as being in the moment without judging what is happening or what you think or feel. Just be with it.
