Dealing with others can be a bit more difficult and you might find that what others want present a restriction to you getting to what you want. Managing these social issues is the real key to making the most of the energy. It's your goal to get everyone on the same page, and if others are unwilling to compromise, find ways to remove them from the equation so you can proceed without restrictions.
