You might find along the way that you have some unlikely allies here as well, which can add support to the choices you're making and up your confidence in standing behind those choices.

The big goal today is to acknowledge the current problems you're dealing with and being honest about them, both to yourself and to others. Identifying something as a problem gives you the ability to try and deal with it. Don't set out to fix everything right now - that might be a little daunting - but at least lay the groundwork so that you can knock out chunks from your to-do list.
