The current energy can get people riled up and anxious about their current pursuits. It's almost like we can envision the things we want so clearly that it really amps up the desire to have things right away. This is going to drive people to action, but this can also cause people to try and rush things along or disregard important things that need to happen along the way. Just remember that a lot of what makes endeavors worthwhile is the journey and experiences that happen along the way. The current energy can cause us to try and blitz through things to get them over with as soon as possible. In this way, certain things might be "cheapened" by not giving them time to simmer and we might not appreciate things as much.

While being active can be important today (and you don't want to be out and out lethargic), you want to do your best to avoid meddling too much with things. Get things started, but see where they go from there. It's the micromanagers who will tend to have the most difficulty, and often it will feel like constant tweaks only end up leaving you in neutral. Relationships can be in a little bit better place when there's something "real" about them, but also be aware that some might come across as phony just to further their own personal agendas. It's up to you to parse through who's being genuine and who's only out for themselves, but if you can make that distinction, you can build some stronger relationships with those around you. When you negotiate things with others, you're too prone to pushing for certain demands that will totally kill any deals. You have to be somewhat willing to make some concessions along the way. In your mind, you might have already visualized the things you stand to gain from such deals (and how they'll impact your dealings with others moving forward), but this is a classic "don't count your chickens before they've hatched" moment. You might have to rework some plans to make things work, but finding a meeting point with others is the key to ensuring you can come to arrangements that get you the things you need.
