While there is still a lot of conflict in the chart overall, things will start to head in the right direction over the next couple of days as some of the tougher aspects start to break up. Today's going to be a day where you want to focus on incremental improvements - they might not seem big in the grand scheme of thing, but anything that can indicate emerging from a rougher situation into a better one is going to keep you moving.

Our dealings with others will tend to be strained more today, especially on the communicative end where understanding can be short and challenges can often pit people against each other. We'll tend to nitpick others from our own vantage points, which can cause heavy amounts of personal bias. So as you go through the day, just remember if someone else is screwing something up, it doesn't absolve you from your own mistakes. You're still responsible for handling your own responsibilities and blaming others won't help that out at all. So make sure your own house is in order before you start throwing stones at others. There can be times where you spare others harsh words out of a desire to keep things pleasant between you. This can backfire at times because others are going to need to hear criticism for you to prevent them from doing things they shouldn't. Finding more acceptable ways to offer critiques can be a challenge, especially since you can tend to be blunt about things here, That doesn't mean you can't take a softer tone though and if you make it seem like you're trying to be helpful, people won't hold it against you too much.
