When we keep these things hidden, it's the sort of thing that cause others to not see where we're coming from, our emotional states and it blurs usually apparently lines which we don't want to see crossed. So if you're dealing with someone and they start acting out of sorts, there's probably something deeper going on with them.

At the same time, being emotionally available for others can make a big difference. You're going to want to aim to defuse volatile situations and be supportive when others seem like they need it. Being a good friend or acquaintance can build up a lot of rapport with others. This energy isn't going to be as intense as the day moves along, but you can still make your mark on others with the things you do and say. A lot of this energy is about finding ways to get over the hump in areas where you seem to run into the same obstacles over and over again. This tends to come out most when you're trying to gain recognition and respect from people around you - in some ways you want that validation because then you can stop worrying about earning your keep and just get back to doing what comes naturally to you. The comfort that comes with that will happen over time. For now, just keep your focus on trying to improve and doing what's needed of you.
