Harmony with others can be an issue today, especially when the emotional sides of situations kick in. Often you might be feeling something while it appears others are cold about it - the converse is also true. So when you're going about your day and it seems like something means everything to you, but little to others, it can end up being disheartening.

That said, you can't go on the warpath as a response. It's often hard to see things from others' perspectives, and they might not be showing how they really feel about a situation. Better yet, they might not be able to show this, because they're caught up in a bunch of other urgencies you're not aware of. If you can see the whole picture, things would probably make a lot more sense, but unfortunately a lot of times you're only going to be able to see your side of the tale.

So with that in mind, avoid rushing to judgment. Additionally, avoid being the one injecting strain, drama and stress into situations. A little bit of patience can go a long way here. Being someone that can be understanding of others and what they might be going through can earn you a lot of credit towards your relationships in the future. Best of luck.

When you converse with others, you can convey things a lot more emotionally than you normally would. This might catch others off guard, but as long as you're not immersed in important projects, it's not too big of a deal. When you are in these projects though, it's important to keep your composure and handle things with a level head. Organization on this end is going to be paramount, and it's something you're actively going to have to work towards. Even if things start to come apart, do what you can to hold them together.
