It's a decent time to experiment with new methods, under a reduced load of stress, to see if you can come up with something better than you're currently doing.
Additionally, Venus' involvement can improve relationships a decent amount. There might be some romantic flirtations for some, and you might get on more unified ground with people here as well. It's a good time for putting difficult situations behind you, letting bygones be bygones and turning a new page on how you interact with some people.
It's also going to be a day where you can have an improved perspective on how your actions actually impact things going on around you. This might drive you to make some changes because you see where things you've been doing have cost you money or resources, or perhaps the people you work for.
