The urge to make changes is going to grow inside of us, and there can be a lot of things going on around us pushing these mindsets. Every instance of discontent will ring just a little louder inside, continuing to build. Most things we'll deal with here will be small in isolation, but can turn into major issues (or compound existing ones) as they begin to accumulate. So some of us can face "straw that broke the camel's back" scenarios here, while others can be on the way there.

The tricky thing about the current energy is it sort of locks us into an analysis paralysis where we don't do anything about the things that are bothering us. When problems get to the point where we can't deal with them any more, we're prone to drastic actions as well that will often make things worse. So the real key right now is to avoid letting things get to that point in the first place. Make tougher decisions early on so you can move on. If there's emotional struggles, talk to others about them instead of letting them pile up inside. Look for things that are constructive that can help a situation. You don't have to solve everything - too many people will do nothing because they're looking for "swing for the fences" solutions that don't exist. But do something; don't settle for sticking in a bad situation. Best of luck.

It's easier to get motivated for the wrong reasons here and you're more prone to greed-based decision making as well. Areas of life that don't involve materials or financial can go a bit smoother, but you're still prone to dragging things out that you should be wrapping up. In the back of your mind, you might have some thoughts about getting to whatever comes next, but look for opportunities to take that first step. This isn't a great time for making deals or arrangements with others though, so expect some hurdles if you need outside assistance on anything.
