Very much, this energy is about sucking it up and doing hard things to make things easier over the long run.

Some out there will be compelled to be difficult regardless, and that's also you want to keep in mind. Don't expect people to run in concert with each other; you might have to forcibly drag certain people through some situations where it's required. At the end of the day though, you should defer to what's best in the long term and put your personal feelings about it off to the side for a bit.
