The biggest thing you might notice is people putting too much importance on certain situations going on around them. There can be struggles over the ways things are done, where people can stricken by this subconscious fear of what might happen if they don't win or things are done in a way other than the one they're comfortable. The truth is for the vast majority of situations, these fears are going to be unfounded and you just have to overcome them.
