Negative thoughts can start out small, but they'll start to snowball out of control if you let them. So the key to the current energy (which will last a couple weeks) is to stop things from spiraling out of control before they even get started.
The way to handle things is to not operate on suppositions at all. If you can't confirm something as fact, don't bother to worry about it. If it seems like it could be serious, go get someone to confirm if it's accurate or not. Health issues? Ask a doctor. Work issues? Ask someone in charge. Relationship issues? Be direct rather than trying to guess what someone else is feeling. The more you cut through all the crap that's out there (and especially in your mind), the easier it's going to be to disregard things that aren't worth worrying about in the first place. These things won't become an issue unless you let them linger, so go get certainty and don't be anxious about them until you have it. Best of luck.
