This can be a difficult time to try and process things because it can often seem like there's more questions than answers out there. At times like this, we often try to piece things together from what we know, but when what we don't know far outweighs that, it can create a lot of anxiety and uncertainty. We're very good when we can deal with set situations as people, but it's the unknown that can freak a lot of people out.

Operating on a level of faith and belief within yourself becomes more important at times like this, even though you should cling to anything factual and definite you can get your hands on. When these things are absent though, you have to go with your gut and do the best you can. It's also important to know that in retrospect, we're often not judged as harshly on the decisions we make with a complete lack of information - others tend to be understanding on that end. So if information is out there, do your best to obtain it. If it isn't, don't worry yourself into a stupor about it and make the most of things. A good bit of composure is better than nothing. How you perceive others around you is more likely to be off, especially when it comes to their opinions of you. That's going to make this a horrible time to start making personal changes solely based on what you think others will think about it. You might not win others over with the things you do here, but if you're not going to anyway, you might as well do that on your terms, rather than selling out and still coming up short anyways. You'll be in a better position to move forward later if you stay true to yourself as well.
