Similarly, if you're in a more vulnerable mindset, short of patience, you might want to keep a little distance from others, particularly ones who tend to push your buttons. The best way to deal with arguments is to not have them at all, so focus on surrounding yourself with people who are positive and will help uplift you if you're dealing with anything hard.
