When we keep these things hidden, it's the sort of thing that cause others to not see where we're coming from, our emotional states and it blurs usually apparently lines which we don't want to see crossed. So if you're dealing with someone and they start acting out of sorts, there's probably something deeper going on with them.

At the same time, being emotionally available for others can make a big difference. You're going to want to aim to defuse volatile situations and be supportive when others seem like they need it. Being a good friend or acquaintance can build up a lot of rapport with others. This energy isn't going to be as intense as the day moves along, but you can still make your mark on others with the things you do and say. Part of getting past this is accepting you might have to work a little bit harder to accomplish your goals.
