Those who have studied yoga or meditation, even a little, have become familiar with “sitting in silence”….or, at least, trying to. For this I highly recommend a sound proof, padded room, with a locked door, in a location marked only a map which has been thrown away…at least that is my experience. Under these conditions, it is much easier to cram the proverbial wedge between the mind and the senses, that valuable tool which probably does more than we wee mortals can even guess at, but which leaves you feeling pretty good. Introspection. This is a great time to get some and an unusually valuable time to gain the enlightenment achieved by seeking that which lies in the dark….yeah, it’s harder to find, but that’s usually just what makes it so much more interesting and valuable.

The thing that is often over looked is that fact that just by having succeeded in driving that wedge between the mind and the senses IS success. You don’t have to be looking for some special pot of gold at the end of a rainbow, it’s much more subtle and simple than that. With a Lunar wash over a closely grouped Jupiter, Node, and Point of Fortune in Virgo this weekend, there is a personal edge here that is pushing a deeper, as yet uncovered awareness to the forefront. A definite cue to get your “me time”

We’ve got a lot of active energy from Mars right now, but with this energy being retrograde, the push towards achievement is likely to Seem thwarted….but this is just the feeling that colors the equation…the real deal is much more deeply rooted in perseverance and the understanding that the process is likely to take us places we didn’t want or desire before the bend in the road reveals a more direct path… the key here is in open and honest communication and recognition about where things are Now, being deeply invested and appreciative of The moment right now is worth millions…

Take the world and make it yours again!
