The ones that go beyond doing the bare minimum and are really there to serve the needs, wants & desires of others... The simple fact is that you can be that person.
Energy like this can drain your personal physical power too... So you need to be careful not to push yourself too hard... To know when you've reached your breaking point so you can back off and get the rest & relaxation that is needed... So doing things to protect your health are greatly recommended at this time.
