The mood totally changes today as things will be seen in a much more practical way... The focus is very pragmatic... (what works and what doesn't... even if it may sound like a good idea)... hehe... This is the kind of transit that rolls in, when we need to take a "remote" view of our lives and our actions... The universe is trying to show us how all the right pieces need to fit together at the right times... And for certain events, they cannot be rushed, hurried or pressured into fitting together before the right time... The ancients understood this, but the more advanced we get, the more we often think we can bypass the Big Spirit with our own intentions.
Like always, the universe creates the potentials, but it leaves it up to us whether or not we "choose" to take action upon it... And this doesn't mean the challenges won't be easy or complicated either... But the stellium in Leo gives our brains great processing powers if we choose to focus on finding workable solutions.
There can be a tendency for others to get rather "critical" at times like this, so try to be a bit more understanding if you should experience that... Most of the time this can be others being "mad" at themselves for not living up to the expectations they may have set for themselves... Or it can be that they just have so much on their minds they feel they cannot process any more information at this time... So that means treating yourself to extra kindness too when needed.

It's great to be the boss... To be "in-charge"... That is until you realize everybody is lining up waiting to be told what to do & how to do it... (uggghhh)... This is when you need to be rock solid strong & choose to lead by example... You can show them... Tell them... But you would be wise to leave the "doing it" up to them... hehe... And should they fail, you can allow them to "figger out" what went wrong & why... Gemini is a "fixer" sign, but you are being asked to lead!!
