A great mind wrote that quote…I am just not sure which one. Something worth considering as the weekend unfolds…

This weekend is functioning like a micro slice of the Big Picture. If you play your cards right these couple of days, you are likely to access a lot of information that will come in handy down the road. While this is most easily accessed in the form of gathering information from others- as the emotions are so pliable and near the surface right now, it can also be the case for the self if you are willing to cut to the heart of the matter and get to the level of gut honesty… a much harder task indeed…

There is an element of healing working that is of great value as well, spoken most effectively in the intro quote above…the wisdom of the counter-intuitive detachment from the past… I won’t go on too much about it, but rather leave it up to you to (re-read it!) take from it what you will… The key is in knowing the energy is hot and ready for use…

The most active part of this energy involves it’s usefulness in drawing people together. There is a heavy dose of attraction working from both sides…that is, the desire is there, and the ability to easily attract it is too. This spells heat when it comes to mixing the right elements together; new relationships are easily formed. Be aware, however, that this energy is working in a bit of a stormy way, a little unstable- and what works in the moment isn’t necessarily ready to last. This energy is as much about testing the waters as anything else, and in this process much can be learned from either side, its Not just about playing the game…

I can’t not mention the effects of Mercury right now, which will be active especially in the emotional realm mid-weekend…you can expect the doors of communication to be more easily opened then. Another great reason to get out and into the mix to connect with others, spark some new energy.

There is also a really interesting element of fate working with this energy too, and it’s working in a more creative, dream oriented way…our spiritual intuition is going to be the key with this, letting the imagination run can be quite valuable. Time out to daydream is the key. So, if you can find that slice of Spring energy (it’s here in even between the flurries in New York, you can hear the birds sing), use it for all it’s worth!
