It's also going to be more difficult to dig up the information you need to be successful. People can be withholding of such knowledge, so you can't really get the jump on any major changes. This leaves us in a position where we have to feel our way through things in order to get an accurate assessment of what's going on.

Such energy lines us up to remain static for the time being. You want to try and learn as much about what's going on as you can. Even if you aren't necessarily moving forward, you can still do the appropriate amount of prep work so that when the time comes to take action, you're ready to get things moving. This should be the goal for the day, to set yourself up in the best possible way and to get all of your ducks in a row.
