The things that end up getting discussed here can have an extra weight of importance about them, especially when it comes to the element of responsibility and accountability. The chart indicates a level of imbalance here as well, where some people will think things are incredibly important, while others won't find them important at all. Getting to that middle ground as quickly as possible is going to be essential to avoiding conflicts with those around you.
