The things that end up getting discussed here can have an extra weight of importance about them, especially when it comes to the element of responsibility and accountability. This will be compounded by the fact that our relationships will still have a bigger than normal impact on our potential for growth in terms of both finances and prominence. When we have tension in our relationships, it's going to draw our attention away from things we should be doing. And the flipside of that is that when we're too focused on keeping relationships on stable ground, at the cost of trying to ignore issues under the surface in those relationships, problems will only tend to magnify. It's not the easiest energy to navigate, but with a bit of work and some good communication, you can state where you stand on things and start to make essential compromises that are best for everyone involved. This energy can drive you to be a bit more OCD in the way you approach organization. Where you need to be careful about this is in situations where you begin to go overboard with it, as it can begin to suck up all of your time. You can set out to get things in order with the intention of preparing for some bigger goal, but if you spend all day on organizing you aren't going to get to your end goal. At some point, you might have to make some decisions to just roll with things as they are and accept it.
