If you are happy with current developments, find a way to make them more tolerable or other kinds of workarounds. If your relationships are strained by things going on, work on those relationships, have discussions with others, make the focus on events instead of perceived grudges.

Regardless of what happens, find ways to make the most of it. This energy tends to dump on people who just accept whatever happens, and rewards those who find opportunities in spots that look like there aren't any there. That means you have to be more serious about some things you'd normally be more passive with. You're also going to have to work more on team building as you can often make the false assumption that being loud will make others do what you want. Aggression with others can get you the opposite results of what you're looking for, so find ways to be more inclusive.
