Solving the mental side of the energy is the biggest challenge here, so finding ways to boost your odds will help immensely. Getting enough rest is a good start (and you might need more sleep than normal) and eliminating distractions throughout the day will help a lot too. It's not a gimme, but locking in on your agenda drastically improves your odds of success. This isn't the easiest energy to get through, but when in doubt, look for ways to simplify what you're looking at. The best answers usually won't need any mental gymnastics to justify them. There can be opportunities to learn from your mistakes, but firstly, you have to realize they're mistakes in the first place. You can be real quick to blame external issues for your shortcomings and also to create reasons why you couldn't succeed in the first place. Don't fall into that trap.
