Daily Horoscope for Cancer Summary

We're into another Mercury retro cycle, though luckily this one doesn't last for too long. Often during Mercury retro we talk about miscommunications, but in that, there's more of the assumption that information might be off or people might be otherwise inaccurate with the things they're saying. All of that is very much still possible here. But the thing to watch out for during this cycle in particular is the failure to communicate.

Think of those times where someone's said something to you and you thought about your response, might have even visualized saying it, but then said nothing. The same applies to electronic communications - the texts you're not responding to, the emails you haven't returned (or where others haven't gotten back to you) - all of those are failures in communication. So you might need to be a bit more annoying than usual to keep communication lines effective and open. That kind of goes with the territory - don't feel bad about it if that's what it takes. Just keep in mind what happens if your messages aren't getting through, or if you're not getting back to other people yourself, and save yourself the trouble of dealing with the aftermath of those situations. Be direct and your presence felt and things will end up in a better place. Best of luck.

The Daily Horoscope for Cancer

This is a pretty awful time for negotiating things with others - you can tend to be too locked down on your demands and others aren't going to want to budge too much either. That's going to force you to have to come up with some individual plans if you're unable to get on the same page with others. At the same time, being able to be more self-sufficient has its benefits, both in keeping your projects moving along, but also in the leverage department with others. If they realize that you don't "need" them to get something done, they can't hold out for as much in exchange for their assistance.
