There's an overall tension to the energy that often transpires simply because people aren't sharing the right information (and to an extent, their feelings), with each other. As such, people are going to be going around doing a bunch of things, but not understanding why other people are getting upset about it (or doing things a certain way to compensate for this). In some ways, it can be very learn-on-the-go, where you do something, someone else isn't happy about it, then you have to quickly adapt to that.

There can be a good deal of stress that comes because of this, and you're going to have to find productive outlets to get it off your chest as well. Letting things bottle up isn't going to do anyone any good, but you also can't explode on people who don't deserve it either. So the big goal of today is finding ways to keep your cool. Combine that with stronger communications with others and you'll find yourself on the same page more frequently and things will go much smoother. Best of luck.

There's a strong sense of pride that comes along with the current energy, but you need to make sure that isn't pushing you towards stubborn decisions. You might not have the best sense of what others want right now, which can make negotiating for things more difficult. You probably want to stay away from making deals with others as best you can for the time being, or at least lean on someone else involved to help increase your perspective on everything that's involved.
