We're currently in a stretch where it's increasingly important to look at the bigger picture. When we look at things from an individual perspective, there's only so much we can see. We all have our biases. We all have things we think constitute success, progress and indicators that we've been doing a good job. However, at times, especially like right now, these indicators and our biases can distract us from the bigger goals. It's these ideas and our attitudes about them that might actually be taking us further away from our goals.

With that in mind, if you come about situations where things aren't turning out as you hoped, stop thinking about your individual contributions. Think about what you're doing and how it impacts everything else that's going on. How are you fitting in to what others around you are doing? How valuable are the actions that you're taking? Are you making things more about you than everyone else?

This energy can benefit more from a "take two steps backward before taking a step forward" approach. Be your own worst critic first. Try to cut out a lot of the illusion and get down to what's really happening around you. Once you gain that understanding, it's a lot easier to be productive, get through challenges and work in teams with others. Best of luck.

In order to have relationships, you have to "relate" to people. This is more challenging currently, as you can tend to see things in a totally different way than others will. Bridging the gaps is going to be more important, and this can often involve trying to fit things others are doing into situations you personally have found to be similar in your own life. This might work in more philosophical types of situations (which directions you should head in), but won't hold up as well in terms of actual actions and processes.
