Conversations today can take a bit more of an aggressive tone, one in which things aren't always going to be rooted in fact. It can bring some elements to light that need further exploration and verification, but you have to be in the right mindset to do that. When you happen upon a negative encounter, it's going to help a lot to step back and analyze what really happened. Don't let your emotions be a part of that analysis (which can be hard to do).

As the week moves on, the tone is going to switch towards more extreme thoughts, feelings and initiatives. With that in mind, you want to make sure you have your "base" well established. Have enough of the things you need. Make sure there's places where you can regain composure and emotional stability. Get your comfort level back to where it needs to be. So if any of these areas are somewhat shaky now, today's the day to put in some time to make sure they're strengthened for the days ahead. Best of luck.

This can be a difficult day on the emotional side if you run into any problems, so you might want to steer clear of things that look troublesome. This is shortlived; you should be able to handle things much better later in the week. For now though, you want to be wary of your communications and the impressions you're giving to others through the things you say. Try to keep things on a more positive level; if you start throwing a pity party about the things that are more negative, you won't gain a lot of sympathy.
