The energy is trending in a more positive direction today, which should take a little stress off of everyone. For people feeling fired up and energetic, it should be easier to find productive ways to apply that energy. It will be a good day to get things done, and you can accomplish more now that you would in an average day.

There's also an element of people being able to figure out what they want to do with their time and effort moving forward. If you've questioned work or career related issues lately, you can start to put some things together and establish a better sense of direction.

We still have Mercury retro and this can mess with everyone's communications. There still might be some moderate issues with sleep. But overall these issues are starting to fade. The keys to the day are to focus on work-type duties and to clear as much off your to-do list as possible. The more you get done, the easier the rest of the week is going to be for you. This energy has a bit of an air traffic control feel to it. You'll be keeping others in line, giving them the go ahead on things, and holding others up until it's a good time for them to get started again. It can be herky-jerky and it's not the best flow, but this will keep you on your toes. While the overall energy isn't great for possessions and finances, you'll have a leg up on others in this regard. Just remember that if you are going to obtain something, be real careful you know what you're getting before you actually make the purchase.
