That makes this a great time for getting out of ruts and routines you stick with just because they're familiar and comfortable. You might not stick with every new thing you start doing here, but you can continue on with some of them, and that's going to help you make some improvements.

Overall, everything starts in the mind. If you think it, you can start to plan how something might become possible. But it all starts with that thought, so keep an open and active mind and search for solutions that aren't down the beaten path.
