But anything that keeps you engaged mentally is going to continue to fuel your fire inside. Anything that leads to one success, no matter how small, can help spring you forward to the next challenge. So if you find yourself stuck in a rut, change the game. Break things up, mix them around, try something new, or even try something more challenging.
