In situations where there isn’t any designated leader, this can lead to problems because everyone will tend to do what they want to do, but anything people are collaborating on can get pulled in different directions. The progress you make might be undone by people doing other things and vice versa. With this in mind, you’re going to want to get on the same page with others. Make sure one person is calling the shots and others are following along with the plan. You can always adjust the plan later.

In terms of our relationships, the other troubling side of this energy is some people might get too big for their britches. It can happen in leadership roles at times, but this can affect everyone. People will tend to think they can get away with things that others are going to call them out on. If you have one of these overconfidence moments, think twice about what you are doing. Plowing forward with something without the assent of others involved can drive a wedge between you and them. Teamwork and harmony aren’t going to be easy to come by today, but if you attempt to communicate your way through things, you’ll see that you can come to understandings before you start initiating your actions, which will help greatly.
