Daily Horoscope for Cancer Summary
Total Lunar Eclipse Today...
This is the 2nd of 4 Total Lunar Eclipses that appear in a row/sequence over a one year time span... (called a Tetrad)... This is a fairly rare event and this is what the "ancients" would have considered to be "Signs in the Heavens" that wild things were about to happen...
What is really significant about this rare Blood Moon Tetrad, is that each of these total eclipses occurs on a Jewish Holidays... So there can be a strong spiritual significance as today's eclipse occurs on "Sukkot" (or "Feast of Tabernacles" as it is often called)... And in the 1949/1950 Blood Moon Tetrad, the "State of Israel" was created... In the 1967/1968 Tetrad, there was the "6 Day War" where Jerusalem became part of Israel... So there is a lot of Spiritual/Religious attention being directed at this "Heavenly Event"... And many people's attention will be focused on "The Middle East" over the next year.
It's no secret that Eclipses are powerful astrological events... They are "signs/omens" that significant personal & global changes are about to take place... Historians are likely to look back at the madness that is currently taking place in Modern Life... The economic collapse of the global economies... The diseases like Ebola... (blah blah blah)... And a myriad of other examples that each of us could add to the list.
Before you start feeling/getting all "Doom & Gloom"...
As always, the world is going to do what the world is going to do... But there is a complete other side to this energy as well...
Each of us can use times like this to bring about powerful changes into our lives... I like to use the line "You cannot win if you are not in the game"... And that is how I personally read this kind of chart energy... Everybody is always trying to "Change the World" but perhaps it's the call to "fix ourselves" before we try fixin' others... hehe... To bring ourselves back into harmony with the natural & spiritual (mind/emotions) forces of life... Trackin' with me on this?
Not only do we have a Full Moon Total Eclispse, but we also have the Sun, Venus & the North Node all in a tight Stellium in the Sign of Libra... This energy is there to help bring people together and to restore balance in our lives... To become "at-one" with both nature & others... I am far from being a "New-Age-er" by any means... But I see this energy being as simple as the universe asking us to become the difference that others may need us to be.
This is a time when to start new projects... To layout the foundation that you will build your future upon... It's when the universe allows us to get a fresh start once again... Not much can happen if you just sit on your ass, so get up and let some magic happen... Focus on the positive changes that YOU can do... My backyard is kind of like a paradise/oasis for me... I give it "Seven Minutes a Day" to go out there and find simple things I can do to make it even better... Over time it all adds up... Amazing what results we can obtain with minimal effort... hehe...
Ok... 'Nuff of this rant... You get the picture... This is awesome energy... Give it a go!!
